After I broke my back (a compression fracture) almost two years ago, and spent three months confined to bed, Lana of Rejuvenations undertook to help me. I have nothing but praise for the treatments, which included daily sessions on the Vibrational plate machines and on the Migun bed. My posture and muscle tone improved, my bone density increased and stabilized, and I gained an overall feeling of well being.

From my very first visit to Rejuevantions Spa to the end of my spa package I have been absolutely impressed with my results. The owner Lana explained everything to me, what I could expect and her expectations of me. This is a two way street. The spa package I chose was a combination of Infrared Treatments, Whole Body Vibrational machines workouts and EMS (Electronic Muscle Stimulation) toning/cellulite sessions.

After my first Infrared treatment I lost an overall of 22 inches. I was amazed. I continued with my treatments and by the time I was finished everything, I had lost 15 lbs and lost 4" off my waistline. I have a lot more energy and look and feel great! Please note that this is not a quick fix. You have to follow your treatment plan outside of the Spa too. Rejuvenations Spa helped me get the results I was looking for.

After several years of back pain and then a sports injury that resulted in several weeks of constant, severe pain - I tried the Migun bed at Rejuvenations. The first treatment provided immediate improvement and within 2-3 visits - my mobility returned to nearly 100% and the pain was nearly gone.

I was amazed and surprised at the success and pain relief. The Migun bed, combined with Lana's genuine concern and care for her patients, deserve a high recommendation for anyone experiencing back pain.

I feel great after having only three infra red treatments and cellulite combined. I have had problems with constipation and it's now all cleared up.
