Appointments
In order to avoid disappointment, appointments should be made as soon as possible. All appointments for Spa Packages must be guaranteed with a credit card.

Cancellations
48 hours cancellation notice is required for Spa Packages to avoid a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the full price of the package. 24 hours notice is required to avoid a cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the full price of other scheduled treatments.

Arrival Time
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. Should you arrive late, we cannot guarantee the full length of treatment, however, you will be responsible for the full payment.

Consultation
Consultations are complimentary and recommended with all services.

Valuables
Please leave your valuables at home and only bring what you need to the spa. The Spa does not assume responsibility for any lost or stolen items.

Cell Phones
As a courtesy to other clients and staff, please turn off cell phones for the duration of your appointment.

Health Conditions
Please let us know in advance of any special condition we need to be aware of, such as pregnancy, high blood pressure, heart ailments or any condition that may be contraindicated for heat therapies, massage or skin care. Due to hygienic safety reason, people with infectious disease such as fungus, skin infection, and etc., are not allowed to use the public facilities. Please talk to our professionals for more information.

Gift Certificates Available
Gift certificates are not refundable. If you need to change service, additional price may be applied. Day Spa Package services cannot be substituted or transferred and must be used in full prior to expiry date on certificate
